I had the first of two total hip replacements and I am glad to say Mr Nakhla is doing the second as well. From our first meeting he put me at ease and explained everything in detail, he gave me every confidence in his abilities and on the day we spoke both before and after the op. He spent some time afterwards answering my questions about both my procedure and surgery in general! It’s odd to say but I actually enjoyed it and recovered so very quickly I was back at work early! I can’t fault Mr Nakhla and am so pleased he’s doing my second op in November Thank you so much for putting me at ease and for such a great job done by you and your team

Seven weeks ago, I had a total hip replacement at the Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre and I am very pleased that I had Mr Amgad Nakhla as my surgeon. The procedure has been a great success - the minimal invasive surgery has meant a speedy return to an active life, and the scar is smaller than I anticipated. Mr Nakhla was very approachable, professional and took the time to listen. He very much treated me as an individual throughout the process and I have no hesitation at all in recommending him to anyone considering a similar procedure.

The operation has been a complete success and the whole experience was first class; from initial consultation, operation and post op care. Many thanks to whole team. Mr. Nakhla an excellent surgeon and charming person, I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring similar orthopaedic surgery.
